The Management of Braga Trasformatori has prepared this document with the intent to communicate the objectives of its Quality System.
Mission
The Company’s purpose is to design and build high-quality low voltage electrical windings, with the commitment to offer Clients reliable solutions in compliance with applicable regulations and with attention to the environment and the safety of people.
To achieve this purpose, the following objectives are established:
- Protection of the health and safety of all Personnel operating within the Company;
- Compliance with and application of applicable regulations;
- Satisfactory profitability for the Company’s ownership;
- Client satisfaction and loyalty through a balanced approach to product quality, costs and delivery times;
- Involvement and satisfaction of Personnel;
- Continuous improvement of products and processes over time;
- Reduction of the environmental impact of production activities;
- Collaboration with suppliers and other relevant external stakeholders.
Vision
The Company’s goal is to establish itself as a reliable reference in the low voltage transformer sector, continuously improving its processes and products to promptly respond to Client needs and market evolution, thanks to ever-growing know-how and a skilled, cohesive team.
The main tools implemented to achieve this goal are:
- Risk assessment and management;
- Personnel training on company rules and operational activities;
- Information and awareness-raising on risks related to the activities carried out;
- Access to relevant information of the Quality System;
- Periodic Management reviews.
The Management requires all Employees and Collaborators to be committed to actively and systematically applying the Quality System, achieving improvement objectives in compliance with established rules, including carrying out the checks and activities necessary to demonstrate that those rules have been implemented.
The Management also commits to:
- Reviewing this Policy at least once a year, to verify its adequacy and application;
- Ensuring that the Policy is communicated and understood by Personnel and relevant external parties, and is consistent with other company strategies.
The Management, in order to effectively pursue its objectives, defines appropriate programmes, specific objectives and targets with measurable indicators at periodic reviews, making available the necessary resources, including financial ones, compatible with the established objectives.
