Power range 40VA ÷ 2.500VA
The Separation Transformers are built on demand with power and voltage values for primary and secondary windings and are customised to individual Clients’ needs. They are built according to IEC 61558-2-1 standards and are especially useful in power panels and industrial electrical machines. These transformers are impregnated with anti-mold resin which makes them suitable for very humid environments.
Control Transformers are built on demand with power and voltage values for primary and secondary windings and are customized to individual Clients' needs. They are designed to provide high peak current and are particularly useful in power panels to supply industrial contactors.
The Insulation and Safety Transformers are built according to IEC 61558-2-4 and IEC 61558-2-6 standards and are designed with particular care regarding size reduction whilst still preserving high peak power. The insulation between the windings and the ground is ensured using special insulating frames which guarantee the insulation grade needed to comply with the surface and air distances expected by the IEC standard. A double or reinforced insulation layer exists between the primary and secondary windings.

The mounting can be either vertical or horizontal according to the request, making them fit for floor or wall installation, given their robust steel brackets. The Separation transformers, built according to IEC 61558-2-1 standards, are especially useful in power panels and industrial electrical machines. Monophase Column Dry Power Transformers
Power range up to 500KVA
These transformers are built according to the IEC 61558 and IEC 60076-11 standards, in the applicable parts. These transformers are constructed on demand with power and voltage values (<1000V) for primary and secondary windings customised according to Clients’ needs. To improve air cooling, air channels are built in the windings, which also improve the insulation system and reduce the short-circuit current. They are impregnated with anti-mold resin which makes them suitable for very humid environments. A double or reinforced insulation layer between primary and secondary windings can be present depending on the Client's needs.
