Power range up to 1.000 KVA

Three-phase Insulation Transformers for Photovoltaic Plants are used to provide a galvanic separation between the inverters connected to the solar panel and the supply line.

These transformers are built on demand with power and voltage values for primary and secondary windings specified by the Clients’ needs.

The primary and secondary windings can be built with a vector group specified by the Client (i.e. Dyn11, YNd11, YNyn0, etc.) and, if one or both of the windings are built with a Star connection, the neutral point can be made accessible.

A shield can be inserted between the primary and secondary winding to improve the insulation between the windings and reduce the transmission of the line noises.

When the power size requires it, we place air channels between the windings (in frontal-only version or on 4 sides of the windings) which improve
the heat dissipation and the inter-winding insulation; these air channels can also be useful to reduce the Vcc values, a key detail for when the transformer is implemented in electronic devices.

These transformers can be built in standard / low losses / high efficiency versions, and the efficiency can reach a value of over 98,5% (the value is dependent upon the nominal power of the machine); this characteristic is very important, as it affects directly the energy transfer to the power line, therefore improving the economical balance of the plant.
